‘Pioneers of the Universe’ came to me one evening in 1992, while I was sitting in the bath tub. It came in so strong, I had to get out of the tub to write it down.

When we care enough to make ourselves our priority, simply because we’re worth it, it shows in everything we do.

Intimacy is not just about feeling good. It’s about everything.

Energy is a reciprocal thing. It is not a give and take. It is a give and receive.

If indeed we are facing such life altering situations as conspiracy and aliens, do we think that our politicians are capable of helping? What if the only person who can save me is Me?

WE are the creators of our reality and ALL things are possible with the focus of our will. Please, don't let your 'Buts' get in the way.

Sometimes it takes a life-threatening disaster to remind us of who our friends are and what in life is most important.

Living With Gaia was a vision I had, circa 2015, of the world as it might be and no-doubt is in an alternate awareness. Re-membering this world makes it a challenge for me to reside in our current reality.

Emotions are our greatest tool, yet we often choose not to feel if we can help it. Our predicament stems from our lack of emotional cognition. Unfortunately, there are those who are using this to their advantage - much to our destruction.

Standing on the shore, the current pulls at me, the winds push at me, and the sands are shifting beneath my feet.

I am the foundation of Life and the bedrock of this Earth. The forces upon it cannot move me.
